ST.BARTS: This hilltop estate, called Villa Rose, will set you back $34.9 million. The 4 king-sized bedrooms are spread across the 3 separate buildings.  

Cayman islands: This property is listed for $39,9 million. It has 8 bedroom, a spa, gym, home cinema and a big sundeck that doubles as a helipad.  

British Virgin Islands: This 5 bedroom property, on a peninsula on the Virgin Gorda islands, overlooks the Caribbean sea and has its own private beach.
