Rapper Future Pays $7.5 million For A Bentley Residences Condo

Future is planning ahead. The Grammy-winning rapper bought a Miami mansion for $16.3 million , just 1 month after buying one of Allison Island’s 49 waterfront homes, the rapper bought a $7.5 million three-bedroom Bentley Residences home in Sunny Isles Beach.

Bentley Residences, with neighbors like Shakira, Pitbull, and Lil Wayne, are just as luxurious and secure as Allison Island. Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach would appeal to the “Life is Good” rapper.

Bentley Miami Residences will have 200 749-foot condos at 18401 Collins Avenue, 60 floors above the beach. Each residence has at least three bedrooms, 2,800–3,000 square feet, water views, expansive terraces with private heated swimming pools, and outdoor kitchens with Gaggenau Vario electric grills..

The tower will represent Bentley. This tower-brand licensing deal is complex. First, Bentley vehicles have diamond stitching on the leather seating surfaces, so that diamond pattern was added to the building’s exterior glass to make it instantly recognizable as a Bentley. The apartments have the same metal feel as cars. For Bentley knurling, they make their own faucet handles, door handles, etc.

Interior Finishes
Owners enjoy stone floors, walls, backsplashes, countertops, Gaggenau appliance packages with wine coolers, steam & convection ovens, built-in coffee bars, and Italian kitchen cabinets with motorized doors. Luxury suite amenities include TVs concealed in mirrors, saunas, tubs with water views, heated floors, and towel warmers.

From the three-story lobby to the cinema that replicates the comfort and style of Bentley vehicles, the common areas and amenities follow the Bentley theme.

The “Dezervator”
The tower is new, but the development and design team have worked together before. Sieger Suarez Architects and Gil Dezer, a car enthusiast who flaunts his wealth on the road, designed the project. This team designed Bentley’s 2016 sister project, Porsche Design Tower.

Porsche Design Tower’s centerpiece was Dezer’s newly patented “Dezervator,” an elevator that takes residents from the ground level to their apartments without leaving their cars, allowing them to park by the door like at home. Valet is less convenient. Bentley Residences always improves. Future’s sky-garage holds four cars, so he can show off his collection as he comes and goes.

The Dezervator brings the car up to the unit, where it is parked adjacent to the unit and can be seen from the living area through a glass wall that separates the garage from the garage. The owners of collector cars buy them as works of rolling art.

No matter if it’s his music or his real estate portfolio, Future shows no signs of slowing down as he remains one of the biggest stars in the music industry, Futures live well. Construction begins in 2023 and ends in 2026.
