The asking price for this penthouse was $20 million, and some sources reported that they paid $24 million for this property on a custom-designed building. The transaction was executed via “Beckham Brand Limited”, which is owned by David Beckham.

Designed by Zaha Hadid, this condo has 10335-sq ft of space. Enjoying remarkable aspects of the city can be enjoyed from this place thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. This house has 5-bedrooms and 6-bathrooms-and-a-half bathroom.

Equipped with a state-of-the-art security system and video surveillance, The rooms have high ceilings with open living spaces with integrated sound systems and entertainment. The interior and custom lighting is designed by German interior designer Uli Petzold. In the Kitchen, there is custom Italian cabinetry, deluxe units highlight quartz countertops, modern premium gadgets, etc. are also present.
