Located in Florida, Mercedes-Benz Places is a 2.5 million square foot development project that aspires to blend elegance, practicality, and breathtaking design. In the United States, Mercedes-Benz’s real estate initiative embodies the brand’s commitment to “Timeless Design, Inspired by Miami.”
The tower was created by SHoP Architects in collaboration with the Mercedes-Benz design team, reflecting the brand’s philosophy of Sensual Purity by combining intelligence and passion to produce a captivating structure. The cube-shaped skyscraper in Miami features modern design with clean lines and smooth surfaces, representing a fusion of innovation and elegance.
Mercedes-Benz Places is situated at 1 Southside Park in Brickell and will provide 791 carefully designed units, including studios and three-bedroom condominiums. Every unit offers exceptional views of Miami’s cityscape, Biscayne Bay, and the expansive Atlantic Ocean, ensuring occupants a unique living experience.
Mercedes-Benz Places is not just an architectural marvel but also tailored to meet the requirements of contemporary city residents. Featuring more than 130,000 square feet of amenities and hospitality space, such as a 174-key hotel, health and fitness facilities, and retail shops, residents will experience a perfect combination of luxury and convenience.
The project emphasizes sustainability and environmental awareness through energy-efficient production, impacting vegetation, and water conservation efforts.
